Who to contact
ND Juggling is the brand founded by Niels Duinker. For questions about this website or your personal information, contact Niels at info@ndjuggling.com. Retailers and JugglingWholesale.com handle their own customer and order information separately.
Browsing and technical information
This site presents equipment, books, tutorials and retailer information. It has no checkout, account registration or contact submission form. Catalog filters run locally in your browser. No advertising pixel or audience analytics tool has been added to this website.
Hosting and delivery providers may process your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times to deliver the site, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. The purpose is the legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website. Technical records are managed under the hosting providers’ retention and security arrangements.
Instagram and YouTube
Optional Instagram and YouTube embeds are blocked until you allow the relevant service. Local images, product information and external viewing links remain available without allowing embeds. Instagram is provided by Meta; YouTube is provided by Google. Once allowed, these providers receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, and may process account identifiers or use cookies under their own policies. Their processing may take place outside the European Economic Area.
Your consent is the basis for loading these optional services. Use to choose services or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops further embedded content from loading here; it does not reverse processing that has already occurred or delete cookies previously set by third parties. You can manage those cookies through your browser and provider settings.

Remembering your media choice
This website stores your Instagram and YouTube choices, a notice version and a timestamp in browser local storage under the key nd-media-consent-v1. The record expires after 180 days. It is used only to remember your choice and is not sent to ND Juggling. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page only.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, your email address is sent directly to YMLP, the mailing-list provider, to send ND Juggling news. Subscription is optional and based on your consent. You can unsubscribe through newsletter emails or contact us. Your address is used for the subscription until you unsubscribe; a limited suppression record may be needed to honour that request. This website does not maintain a separate copy of newsletter submissions.
Email enquiries
If you email Niels, your message, contact details and any information you include are used to answer and follow up on your enquiry. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, where applicable, or the legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Relevant messages are retained for the enquiry and necessary follow-up, or longer where needed for legal obligations or claims.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Contact info@ndjuggling.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Purchases and external sites
Retailer, bookseller and social links lead to independently operated services. The retailer is responsible for its checkout, customer service, returns and its own privacy information. Review the relevant provider’s notice when you use those services.
